He is a Gold Medalist in Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from NIT Patna, and holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Healthcare Architecture from Jamia Millia Islamia, along with a Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) from GCA Lucknow.

Ataullah began his professional journey early, starting his career during his B.Arch studies by actively working with senior architects on significant projects. One of his notable academic achievements includes his involvement in the Patna Sahib Railway Station Renovation Project, which stands as a milestone in his undergraduate work. While pursuing his master's degree, he simultaneously gained hands-on experience with reputed interior design and healthcare architecture firms in Delhi, further strengthening his technical and practical understanding of complex project requirements. Following this, he founded Dynamic Architect in Lucknow. His pursuit of knowledge did not stop there, as he went on to complete his MURP, adding urban planning expertise to his architectural practice. Today, Ataullah Khan is regarded as one of the most knowledgeable, dedicated, and hardworking architects in Lucknow. He is known for his excellence in creative design, space planning, elevation development, and most notably, his extensive experience in healthcare architecture. Sania Ikram is the Co-Founder and Principal Architect, known for her strong design vision and thoughtful approach to architecture and interiors. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from Apeejay School of Architecture & Planning, Greater Noida, and a Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Recreational Architecture from Jamia Millia Islamia. After completing her postgraduate studies, Sania gained valuable professional experience working with several reputed architecture and interior design firms in Delhi, where she worked on a wide range of residential, commercial, and interior projects. Her key area of expertise lies in interior design and recreational architecture, where creativity and functionality are carefully balanced. Sania specializes in concept development and space planning, with a strong ability to visualize and structure spaces efficiently. She is particularly skilled at understanding clients ideas and translating their thoughts into well-designed, practical, and aesthetically refined spaces, ensuring that each project is both unique and purpose-driven. Hamza Meraj is the Co-Founder and Associate Architect, known for his strong academic background and advanced technical expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from Jamia Millia Islamia and a Gold Medal in Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Healthcare Architecture, also from Jamia Millia Islamia. After completing his architectural education, Hamza gained valuable professional experience by working with various architecture firms, where he developed a well-rounded understanding of design execution and project coordination. Following this, he co-founded Dynamic Architects along with Ataullah Khan, contributing significantly to the firm's design-driven and technology-oriented approach. Hamza's core strengths lie in creative design, space planning, and healthcare architecture, where his solutions balance innovation with functionality. In addition to design excellence, he possesses strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and is actively involved in providing BIM training and professional guidance to architectural firms and practitioners. Mohd. Adil is the Structural Consultant and Associate, bringing in-depth technical expertise and on-ground construction experience to the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Structural Engineering from Integral University, Lucknow. After completing his B.Tech, Adil gained extensive experience by working with several large-scale construction companies, where he developed a strong understanding of building execution and structural systems. Following this, he established his own structural consultancy, quickly earning recognition for reliability and technical excellence. He is widely regarded as one of the well-known and trusted structural consultants in Lucknow, especially for his expertise in building construction, structural stability, and structural design optimization.
