This is a 50-room hotel building designed as a harmonious blend of a guest house and a marriage hall. The architecture features a neo-classical elevation style, offering a variety of rooms ranging from standard to suite accommodations. The building includes two major halls and two minor halls, complemented by three distinct kitchens dedicated to banquet, restaurant, and hotel operations. Parking is conveniently located on the stilt floor. The front reception area boasts an impressive double-height ceiling, achieved by reducing the stilt floor height without compromising overall floor space. The staircase and lift core have been strategically positioned to serve both the new and existing blocks of the premises efficiently.
