Under Construction. This project comprises two building blocks, each designed with G+3 floors, to accommodate the client's requirement of 25 residential units across various categories. The development adheres to the guidelines of the Rural Engineering Department and is situated in the Gosainganj Block. The planning and area requirements for Type 2, Type 3, and Type 4 residences are meticulously crafted in alignment with the standards set by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MOHUA).
