Completed in 2023. This is a highway-side commercial and residential building design project. It features three fully customizable floor plans, each capable of accommodating a range of commercial activities, with convenient access to lifts and staircases. The top floor is designed for individual studio units, each with attached toilets, offering flexibility for residential use or hotel accommodation, depending on the intended purpose. This versatile design ensures adaptability for different functions while optimizing space.
